COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – A limited number of tickets for the 2024 U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Induction Celebration, which will take place on Dec. 4 at the Omni William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh, are now on sale to the general public and can be obtained online by clicking here.
The Class of 2024 – including Matt Cullen, Brianna Decker, the late Frederic McLaughlin, Kevin Stevens and the 2002 U.S. Paralympic Sled Hockey Team -- will be formally enshrined during the Celebration. In addition, Sam Rosen, who is in his 40th season as the play-by-play voice of the New York Rangers, will be honored with the NHL’s Lester Patrick Trophy as part of the festivities.
Long-time NHL Network host Tony Luftman, whose passion and love for hockey began as a four-year old when he watched the 1980 U.S. Olympic Hockey Team win the gold medal in Lake Placid, New York, will serve as master of ceremonies for the 2024 U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Induction Celebration.
During his time with NHL Network, which began in September of 2015, the versatile Luftman has hosted special event coverage for the Stanley Cup Final, NHL All-Star Game and Winter Classic.
The Los Angeles native’s broadcast career has also included covering the NBA, MLB and NFL, as well as college sports, mixed martial arts events and WWE.
