Class of 2018 To Be Formally Enshrined in Nashville Next Wednesday

The 2018 U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Induction Celebration, set for Wednesday Dec. 12, at the JW Marriott Nashville, is sold out, it was announced today by USA Hockey.

The Class of 2018 — including Gordon "Red" BerensonNatalie Darwitz, the late Leland "Hago" HarringtonDavid Poile and Paul Stewart — will be formally enshrined that night. The evening's festivities, which will begin at 7 p.m. CT, will also include the presentation of the Lester Patrick Trophy to the family of the the late Jim Johannson.

Notes: USA Hockey took over responsibilities for the selection process and induction event associated with the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame in 2006 ... The U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame was incorporated in 1969 and inducted its first class in 1973. To date, there are 177 enshrined members in the Hall.
